LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKE

THE PRIVATE EDIT — MuMi&Co

1. ORGANIZER

This sweepstake is organized by Joyería MuMi&Co, with NIF 48304468Y, owner of the MuMi&Co brand, hereinafter referred to as “MuMi&Co”.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SWEEPSTAKE

On the occasion of the THE PRIVATE EDIT campaign, MuMi&Co is organizing an exclusive sweepstake for subscribers to its newsletter, with two MuMi&Co tote bags to be given away.

Participation is completely free and does not require any purchase.

3. DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKE

The entry period will begin on Friday, November 6, 2026, and end on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish mainland time).

The sweepstake will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2026, during the day.

4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The following persons will be eligible to enter:

  • Persons aged 18 or over.

  • Persons residing in SPAIN.

  • Persons subscribed to the MuMi&Co newsletter whose subscription remains active until the sweepstake is held.

  • Persons who accept these legal terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person will be permitted, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

Persons who are already subscribed to the newsletter may also enter, provided they meet the established requirements.

5. PRIZES

Two MuMi&Co tote bags, each valued at €18, will be given away.

Each winner will receive one tote bag.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Shipping costs within the specified geographical area will be borne entirely by MuMi&Co.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

On Thursday, November 26, 2026, two winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants.

The selection will be carried out using a random procedure, a record of which will be maintained.

Alternate winners will also be selected in the event that a winner is unable to receive the prize.

7. COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES

MuMi&Co will contact the winners using the email address associated with their subscription.

Winners will have a maximum of 72 hours from the time the communication is sent to respond and provide the information required to arrange delivery.

If no response is received within the specified period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

MuMi&Co will bear the shipping costs of the prizes within the territory covered by the sweepstake.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Joyería MuMi&Co will be the data controller, with the contact details provided in the MuMi&Co Privacy Policy.

The data will be processed to manage entries, verify compliance with the requirements, select and contact the winners, and arrange the delivery of the prizes.

The processing of the data required to manage the sweepstake will be based on participation and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Commercial communications will be managed in accordance with the applicable legal basis and each person’s subscription preferences.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the sweepstake and comply with relevant legal obligations.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and, where applicable, data portability through the channels specified in the Privacy Policy.

9. TAXATION

The prizes will be subject to any applicable tax laws and regulations. MuMi&Co will comply with its legal tax obligations.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the sweepstake constitutes acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

MuMi&Co reserves the right to resolve justified issues related to the conduct of the sweepstake while respecting the rights of participants and applicable laws and regulations.
